If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import fees, we are unable to refund the total cost of the order, which includes the original shipping and any return shipping charges. When customs clearance procedures are needed, it could potentially cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates, though typical customs clearance takes one business day.
To minimise the potential for delays in customs, we strongly recommend:
- Provide a phone number at which customs can reach you when your product arrives. This number will be listed on the commercial invoice to facilitate contact for customs clearance.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or disregard requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that carriers generally hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before considering it abandoned or returning it to the sender.
Please be aware that orders subject to the BOGO (Buy One Get One Free) sales promotion will be taxed based on the actual commercial value of the product, rather than considering the 100% discount on the item(s).
