Our minimum order is 50 pieces. Designs, colours and fabrics can move it, because a plain jersey t-shirt in one colour behaves differently from a custom-dyed heavyweight hoodie in four colourways, and every colour you add needs its own fabric batch. Splitting a run across several colours or several fabrics is the thing most likely to change the number. Tell us what you want to make and in which colours, and we will confirm the minimum for your spec before you commit to anything.

Yes, and often. First-time brands are a normal part of our work, and you do not need manufacturing experience to start. We work from photographs, sketches or a garment you already own, develop the pattern and fit in house, and make a sample before any bulk run, so you hold the garment before you commit to a full order. Expect blunt questions about sizing, quantities and dates. Those are the three things that go wrong on a first order, and they are easier to fix before production than after.

No. A sketch, a photograph, a moodboard or a garment you already own is enough to start. We develop the pattern and the fit ourselves, and you approve a physical sample before anything goes into bulk. If you do have a tech pack we will quote straight from it. We make streetwear: hoodies, t-shirts, tracksuits, sweatpants and shorts, outerwear including bomber, varsity and puffer jackets, and headwear from caps to beanies. We also make activewear and gym wear. Everything is cut and sewn from a pattern rather than picked out of a catalogue, so a garment that is not on that list is usually still possible. Yes. Tour and release merch runs through the same process as any other order: 50-piece minimum, a sample approved before bulk, and 3–8 weeks for the run after that. Tell us the deadline first — a release date usually decides the decoration method more than anything else does.

No, we do not. We do not decorate blanks bought from somebody else, and we hold no stock garments. Every order is cut and sewn from a pattern to your specification, which is the point of the model: the fabric weight, the fit, the collar, the hood shape, the trims and the labels are yours rather than whatever a catalogue supplier chose. If all you want is a logo added to an existing blank, a print shop is the right supplier for that job and we are not.

Yes, always. Nothing goes into bulk until you have approved a physical sample. We make the sample to your spec and send it to you, so you can check the fit, the fabric weight, the decoration and the labelling in your own hands rather than on a screen. If something is wrong we adjust the pattern or the spec and send a revised sample. Bulk production starts only on your approval, so the garment you signed off is the garment that gets made.

One sample per design is included at no charge on a committed bulk order. A standalone sample, ordered on its own without committing to bulk, is charged. One round of revisions to a sample is also included; further rounds are chargeable. Changes to a quote are always free, so you can move quantities, colours and fabrics around before you commit without it costing you anything. Samples take 2-3 weeks to make.

We remake it, and the first round of revisions is included at no charge. Further rounds are chargeable. Be specific about what is wrong: sleeve two centimetres shorter, hood too shallow, print sitting too high on the chest. A precise note gets fixed in one pass where "not quite right" turns into three. Each revision adds roughly the same time again as the first sample, so build one round of changes into your dates rather than hoping you will not need it.

Samples take 2-3 weeks. Bulk production takes 3-8 weeks after sample approval, plus shipping time to your destination. Custom-dyed fabric, multi-colour decoration and larger quantities sit at the longer end of that range, and a straightforward run in a stock fabric colour sits at the shorter end. Exact timelines depend on the design and the quantity, so we confirm them with your quote rather than leaving you to guess.

Almost every part of the garment is yours to specify. That covers the pattern and the fit, the fabric and its weight, and construction details such as collar rib, cuff depth, hood shape, pocket type, seam finish and hem. Fabric is chosen per garment rather than pulled from one house cloth, and our fabric is produced with yarn from OEKO-TEX certified suppliers. The three things that decide how a garment feels are weight in GSM, the knit or weave, and the fibre blend. A 400gsm brushed-back fleece behaves nothing like a 240gsm loopback, and elastane content changes how a piece recovers its shape after wear. If you already own a garment with the handle you want, send it and we will work to match it.

Yes to both. We colour match to Pantone references and can custom dye fabric to hit a specific shade rather than settling for the nearest stock colour. Woven neck labels, printed care labels, size tabs, hem tabs, hang tags, drawcord tips, zip pullers and packaging can all carry your branding. Send Pantone codes if you have them; if you do not, send a physical object in the colour you want. Dye lots vary slightly, so final colour is confirmed on the sample.

Every order passes four inspection stages: fabric inspection before cutting, in-process checks during production, post-production inspection, and a final pre-shipment review. Faults are pulled at the stage they appear rather than at the end, which is why the fabric is checked before anyone cuts into it. What is checked at each stage is set out on the our process page.

It comes down to four things: the garment, the fabric, the decoration and the quantity. A heavyweight hoodie in a custom-dyed fabric with chest embroidery is a different job from a single-colour jersey t-shirt, so we quote against your actual specification rather than a generic figure. Send the garment type, the quantity, the fabric weight if you know it, and what decoration you want, and you will get a quote back. Pricing is most competitive at higher volumes, but you can order at the 50-piece minimum at any time. Adjusting a quote costs nothing. A quote itemises the per-piece price, the sample, the decoration, your labels and packaging, and shipping, so you can see what each part costs rather than one number.

Payment is by bank transfer. It is the only method we accept, so there are no card payments and no instalment plans. Terms are agreed as part of your quote and written into it before anything is made, so you know what is due and at which point in the process. You get an invoice at each stage, and the order moves on once the agreed payment has cleared. If you are ordering from outside the UK we confirm the bank details and the payment reference alongside your quote.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Most orders go to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Europe. Goods are dispatched by international courier after the final pre-shipment inspection, and we confirm the carrier and the expected transit time with your order. If you have a fixed date to hit, a launch, a tour or a season, say so at the quote stage so shipping is planned into the schedule rather than added on at the end.

Every garment is made at our own dedicated overseas facility. NO FUGAZI is based and managed from London, so the people who quote your order, run your sample and answer your messages are in the UK, while the cutting, sewing, decoration, pressing and finishing, quality control, packing and dispatch all happen on our own floor. It is our facility rather than a third-party factory booked order by order, which is why the same team handles your second run as your first.

Yes, gladly. We will sign an NDA before you send us anything, and your designs, samples and brand information are not shared outside the people working on your order. Send your own document if you have one; if you do not, say so on WhatsApp and we will put one in place before you share files. We also will not publish photographs of your work without your say-so, which matters if you are holding a release back until launch.

Yes. Sustainable fabric options and lower-impact production methods are available on request. Tell us what you are actually trying to achieve, whether that is a particular fibre content, recycled content, or less plastic in the packaging, and we will tell you what is achievable at your quantity and what is not. We would rather turn a claim down than have you print something on a label that you cannot stand behind.

Yes, we make both, and streetwear is the core of what we do. Hoodies, t-shirts, tracksuits, sweatpants, jackets and headwear are the bulk of our work, and alongside them we make leggings, training shorts, sports bras and technical tops. The difference is the fabric and the build. Activewear runs on stretch fabrics with a specified elastane content and flatlock or overlock seaming, which is a different construction from a loopback hoodie. Detail is on the activewear page.
