Questions founders ask us
Is this a quote?
No. It's a planning tool. It turns your answers into a clear brief so the team can quote accurately. We price every project on its specification, so you get your quote once we've reviewed the design, fabric, decoration and quantities.
Do I need a tech pack?
No. You can start from an idea, a sketch, reference photos or a garment you already own. We develop the pattern and specification with you, then make a sample before anything goes into bulk.
What does 50 pieces per style mean?
Our minimum is 50 pieces per garment type, and you can split those 50 across your sizes, for example 10 small, 15 medium, 15 large and 10 extra large. Pricing gets more competitive as quantities rise.
How does sampling work?
We make a sample first, usually in about 2 to 3 weeks, and one revision round is included. Bulk production starts only after you approve the sample, and takes about 3 to 8 weeks plus shipping.
When you go ahead with bulk and pay the deposit, sampling isn't charged as a separate line.
What can you make?
Custom cut-and-sew clothing: t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tracksuits, joggers, shorts, puffer jackets, bomber and varsity jackets, polos, vests, activewear and caps. Decoration includes screen, DTF and puff printing, embroidery, 3D embroidery, chenille patches and washes, with custom labels, swing tags and packaging.
Do you work with brands outside the UK?
Yes. We're managed from London and ship to the UK, the US, Europe, Australia, Canada and elsewhere. The planner asks where your order is going so the plan includes shipping in your timeline.
What happens after I send my project?
Your WhatsApp message arrives with the plan and your project reference, so nobody asks you to repeat yourself. The team asks for anything still open, such as artwork or sizes, then comes back with a sampling plan and your quote.
