Shipping policy

NO FUGAZI works with clothing brands on sampling and bulk garment production. Shipping methods, costs and estimated transit times vary depending on the destination, order size and service selected.

Samples

Samples are normally shipped by tracked express courier. The applicable shipping charge and estimated delivery time are confirmed before dispatch.

Bulk production

Bulk orders can be shipped by air, express courier or another agreed freight method depending on the order size and destination. Shipping costs are quoted separately unless otherwise stated in the order agreement or invoice.

International orders

NO FUGAZI works with brands internationally. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes or local charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Digital products

Digital guides and downloadable resources are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

Delivery times

Production lead times and shipping transit times are separate. Any estimated dispatch or delivery date will be confirmed as part of the order.
