Custom clothing manufacturing from 50 pieces
We manufacture hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts, joggers, shorts, tracksuits, puffer and bomber jackets, caps and headwear, as one piece in a drop or as a full collection. Nothing is held in stock. Fabric is sourced or produced for your order, patterns are developed for your fit and graded across your size range, then every piece is cut, stitched and finished by hand.
You do not need finished designs to start. A sketch, a moodboard, a reference photo or a garment you already own is enough for us to quote from. Pattern development, fit development and the technical work all happen in house.

Everything below is standing policy, not an estimate. Where a figure is a range, the range is real and depends on your spec.

- Pre-shrunk, 1–3% residualEvery cloth we cut is low-shrinkage and pre-shrunk before it reaches the cutting table, so a garment that fits at sample stage still fits after it has been washed. Residual movement is 1–3%, which is inside the tolerance a graded size chart already allows for.
- Decoration
- Embroidery, 3D puff, appliqué, chenille, screen print, high-density silicone, DTF, sublimation, vinyl, laser engraving, rhinestone, reflective, glow in the dark, acid washCustom labels, woven tags and custom trims are specified alongside. Your garments carry your branding, not ours.

The full range
Every garment we manufacture
Nothing here is a stock blank. Each one is cut and sewn from patterns developed for your fit, from 50 pieces.
Tops
Fabric weight comes first, then loopback or brushed fleece, single or double-layer hoods, rib depth at cuff and hem, and the neck: taped crew, ribbed collar, half placket or full zip.
Bottoms
Rise, taper and hem are set on your own block, along with elasticated or drawcord waistbands, patch, welt or zip pockets, cargo pocket count and placement, and a cuffed or open leg.
Sets & loungewear
Sets are developed as one job rather than two, so the fabric, the dye lot, the trims, the drawcords and the labels match across every piece instead of being sourced separately and hoped into alignment.
Outerwear
Shell, fill weight, baffle layout and lining are each specified separately, then zip gauge, pull tabs, storm flaps and rib or elastic hems. Long-line coats and trench-style outerwear sit here too.
Headwear & accessories
Panel count, crown height, closure type and brim shape are the real decisions on a cap: five-panel, six-panel, dad cap or trucker. Embroidery placement on the front panel, side, back strap or under-brim is specified alongside.
Womenswear & studio
Made for existing clients extending an established range rather than as a standalone womenswear service. Same cut-and-sew route, same 50-piece minimum, same sample signed off before bulk.
Sports
Boxing gloves, made to order for gym and fight brands. Different from cut-and-sew apparel, so send the reference and we will come back on what your design needs.

What can you customise?
Because nothing is pulled from stock, every part of the garment is a decision rather than a default: the fabric it is made from, the colour it is dyed, the way your artwork is applied and the labels sewn into it.
Fabric and colour
Fabric is sourced or produced for your order, so weight, composition and handfeel are set by you rather than by what happens to be on a shelf. Pantone colour matching hits your exact brand colours, and fabric can be custom-dyed where a standard shade will not do. If you are unsure, send us a garment whose weight and feel you like and we will work from that.
Garment dye and acid wash are finishes applied after the piece is made up. They give a softer handle and a lived-in, mottled look where every piece varies slightly. Both are planned in before production, never added afterwards.
How your artwork goes on
Six methods, and the right one depends on the artwork and where it sits on the garment. They can be combined on the same piece.
Embroidery
- How it reads
- Raised and textured, stitched into the cloth.
- Best for
- Chest logos, sleeve hits, back-neck and cuff marks. Fine detail and thin type get lost in thread.
Screen print
- How it reads
- Flat, opaque ink laid onto the surface.
- Best for
- Large front and back graphics in a small number of solid colours, held consistent across a whole run.
DTF
- How it reads
- A printed transfer heat-applied to the garment, in full colour.
- Best for
- Photographic or multi-colour artwork, and runs carrying many different designs.
Sublimation
- How it reads
- Dye bonded into the fibre, so there is no hand feel at all.
- Best for
- All-over prints and panel graphics. Needs a polyester-rich fabric and cannot print white.
Chenille
- How it reads
- Thick, tufted patch with a varsity texture.
- Best for
- Big letters and heritage looks. It wants scale, because small chenille loses the texture.
Acid wash
- How it reads
- A finish rather than a graphic, applied to the made-up garment.
- Best for
- Vintage-look drops where variation between pieces is the point.
Labels, tags and trims
Custom labels, woven tags and custom trims are part of the spec, not an extra service bolted on. Private label and white label are both available, and your garments carry your branding rather than ours.

How does an order run?
The same six steps apply to every garment on this page. You send your design on WhatsApp and we come back with a tailored quote. We develop the pattern, source the fabric and trims, then make your sample in 2-3 weeks. Once you approve that sample, bulk production takes 3-8 weeks, plus shipping, and every order passes 4-stage quality control before it is packed.
A free sample of each design is included with every committed bulk order. A standalone sample without a bulk commitment is charged. One sample revision round is free, further sample revisions are chargeable, and changes to your quote are always free.
